The dirty and dangerous side of tech
I never realized how the technology that is around today is so harmful. Seems like everyone today has some sort of technology whether it be a Smartphone, computer, iPad, etc, some even have more than one product. It's a little crazy how most people over look the fact that these products are harmful or the fact that these product makers don't express the dangerous chemicals these products are made of. I will alway be using technology but I wish it would be a whole lot safer than what it is now.

That is something I never thought about. Why don't these companies tell us that there are harmful substances in them. Most other things that contain harmful materials have to tell us so I think that cell phone companies should have to make this more well known and raise awareness.
ReplyDeleteI never realized how dangerous the technology we use every day could be either. I think the maufacturers should send more warning to their customers than they do. They might also should send proper ways of disposal. I agree technology should be safer than it is.
ReplyDeleteA lot of people don't know that there are so many harmful chemicals in technology so I wont say that they look over that fact, but they are now so use to them that they are apart of everyday life. All we can do is try to limit how often we buy new devices and try to dispose of them properly until they can find a safer material to make them out of.

ReplyDeleteWho knew that technology could be harmful for us? I thought that meeting strangers on the internet was harmful enough, but this puts the topping on the cake. I definitely want to be more careful from now on.
